? Is SoloCar free to use?

Creating an account and browsing listings is free. However, we offer premium listing options for sellers who want more visibility on the platform.


For Buyers

? How do I contact a seller?

Once you find a car you’re interested in, click the “Contact Seller” button on the listing page. You can reach them via phone, email, or the built-in chat (if available).

? Can I schedule a test drive through SoloCar?

SoloCar does not directly manage test drives. You will need to arrange this directly with the seller.

? Does SoloCar inspect or verify vehicles?

No. SoloCar is a platform only — we do not inspect or verify the vehicles listed. We recommend you:

  • Inspect the vehicle in person

  • Request maintenance records

  • Check ownership documents

  • Use trusted third-party inspection services

? Are the prices negotiable?

Yes. Pricing is set by the seller and is often negotiable. Use the contact options to make an offer.


For Sellers

? How do I list my car for sale?

  2. Click on “Post Your Car”

  3. Fill in your car’s details, upload photos, and submit

  4. Listing features depends on your account type

? What types of vehicles can I list?

You can list:

  • Used or new cars

  • Motorcycles (Comming Soon)

  • Commercial vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.)

? How long will my listing stay live?

  • Free listings typically stay live for 60 days

  • Premium listings may stay active longer, depending on the package

? Can I edit or remove my listing?

Yes, log in to your account and go to “My Listings” to edit or remove your car listing at any time.

Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?” Follow the instructions to reset your password.

? How do I delete my account?
